One of the most popular attractions on the show floor at this year’s Annual Meetings was the NRA Carry Guard virtual reality experience. Attendees lined up to test their skills and deduce whether or not they were prepared to intervene in chaotic situations.
Participants had the choice between two different experiences, with one of them being more advanced than the other. Grant Stinchfield welcomes the man behind the behind the curtain who develops the NRA Carry Guard virtual reality experiences, Christopher Bigbie. Christopher describes the benefits of these experiences when he says that, “the opportunity and the ability is there for the software to monitor your performance, the decisions that you make and is reviewable in a post-analysis way, which helps gun owners understand the nuances of their performance within these scenarios.”
NRA Carry Guard Daily airs live on NRATV Monday through Friday at 12:30 p.m. Central, 1:30 p.m. Eastern. Past episodes are available on the NRA Carry Guard Asset Journal and on NRATV.
Co-founder of BlackPoint Tactical, Tyler Johnson, joins Grant Stinchfield and NRA Carry Guard National Director, Jack Carr, to discuss the importance of the quality of your holster.
