In an attack, you have just seconds to react. Criminals have the element of surprise, but you can train to be able to overcome that advantage. Former U.S. Secret Service Agent and NYPD Police officer Dan Bongino knows this reality all too well.
"My action is always going to be quicker and more thought out than your response. You have milliseconds." Bongino told host Grant Stinchfield.
Drawing from his prior experience, Bongino further broke down the time element and how an everyday civilian without an extensive law enforcement background can account for it with intense training.
